To comply to the ISO9001, AS 9100 and FAA standards which we maintain for control of outside purchases and processes, Loos & Co., Inc., must perform reviews of all potential suppliers.

 

One of the first steps in becoming our supplier is to have an authorized representative of your firm complete the Quality System Self Survey (form# PU-406-04) and send to the destination noted on the form.

 

This survey allows us to evaluate whether your company can fulfill our requirements.

 

Any necessary action arising from this review may be requested before the approval is granted.

 

Existing Suppliers:

 

As your company already supplies products and/or services to Loos & Co., Inc., it is required that an authorized representative of your firm complete the Quality System Self Survey (form# PU-406-04) and send to the destination noted on the form.

 

This is to be performed only when requested by the Purchasing Dept.

This approach is in lieu of an on-site survey, although future requirements may dictate this need.

This survey ensures that your company can continue to fulfill our requirements.

Any corrective action arising from this review may be requested before approval is renewed.
