To comply with the ISO9001, AS9100 and FAA standards which Loos & Company, Inc. maintains for control of outside purchases and processes, we must perform reviews of all potential suppliers.

One of the first steps in becoming a qualified supplier is to have an authorized representative of your firm complete the Quality System Self Survey (form # PU-406-04) and return to the designated address. This survey provides Loos & Company, Inc. the information necessary to evaluate whether your company can fulfill our requirements. Corrective action arising from this review may be requested before approval is granted.

While your company already provides products and/or services to Loos & Company, Inc., an authorized representative of your firm must complete the Quality System Self Survey (Form # PU-406-04) and return to the designated address as requested by the Purchasing Department. This survey provides Loos & Company, Inc. the information necessary to evaluate whether your company can continue to fulfill our requirements. While it is in lieu of an on-site audit, an audit may be required in the future. Corrective action arising from this review may be requested before approval is renewed.
